Vertyle is a brand owned and operated by EJ Collective LLC. Throughout this Shipping Policy, "Vertyle", "we", "us", and "our" refers to EJ Collective LLC.

Thank you for shopping with Vertyle. Every order is custom engraved and made specifically for you. Please review our shipping information below.

Processing Time

Because each item is personalized, orders typically require 1–3 business days for production before shipment.

During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. If this occurs, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • USPS Priority Mail (2–3 Business Days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Expedited shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been completed and shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Vertyle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed to USPS, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the item and its packaging so we can assist you.

If your tracking indicates your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with USPS to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
