By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products

All Vertyle products are made to order and personalized based on the information, images, and customization details submitted by the customer.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in engraving depth, stone texture, color, and placement may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product photos are intended to represent the finished product as accurately as possible; however, colors and engraving appearance may vary slightly due to differences in natural slate, lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

3. Customer Personalization

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all submitted personalization details before placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploaded photos
  • Logos
  • Artwork
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Custom messages
  • Spelling
  • Formatting

Orders are engraved exactly as submitted.

If only one image or one set of personalization details is provided for a multi-piece coaster set, the same design may be used for all coasters unless otherwise specified.

4. Image Quality

The quality of the finished engraving depends directly on the quality of the uploaded image.

For best results, customers should upload clear, high-resolution photos or logos.

Vertyle is not responsible for reduced engraving quality caused by:

  • Low-resolution images
  • Screenshots
  • Blurry photos
  • Heavily compressed files
  • Poor lighting
  • Excessive cropping

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

By submitting photos, logos, artwork, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content, or
  • You have permission to use it.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce submitted content.

Vertyle reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe upon copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because personalized products enter production quickly, order changes or cancellations are only guaranteed if requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

8. Shipping

Production and shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Vertyle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Customs
  • Carrier delays
  • Events outside of our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

9. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Because every item is custom made, personalized products are generally non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vertyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, occasional errors regarding pricing, descriptions, availability, or product information may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders affected by such inaccuracies.
